Bought a kitchen instrument that was faulty. I couldn't prove it at first and the owners gave me a hard time over returning it... despite stating "full refund within 14 days". I won't buy from them again. Shouldn't be that hard to get a full refund - and it felt like the spanish inquisition. Brutal experience. I won't shop there in the future.
